Small Comment

Have u ever felt like watching the same movie over and over..and over..I am not a big movie person, but certain movies really takes me away..One of those is You got mail , featuring Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan..whats in that…that is so charming, smothering and leaves the impact of a breeze which stays with u a very long time. Like one of those experiences of travelling in a local bus in a village road staring at the fields as though it is waving at u that makes u feel there is some bond between u and those. It is not just a well scripted romance not to mention the fact that it is not actually a romantic movie.

The captured beauty of NYC in all the four seasons, the book store Shop around the Corner which drives me a lot that someday I should run a store like that, Meg Ryan’s compassionate acting and offcourse Tom Hanks…what can I say..I am one freaking fan of him..his tweaking eyes that delivers pages of dialogues and expressions. A great actor and all his movies are must watch ones. Some of my favourites of his other astounding performances are as

John H.Miller in Saving Private Ryan,
Andy Beckett in Philadelphia,
Chuck Noland in Cast Away,
Forrest Gump in Forrest Gump,
Viktor Navorski in The Terminal,
Tom Hanks as Sam Baldwin & Meg Ryan as Annie Reed in Sleepless in Seattle.

Lets see what he has got in the Da Vinci Code.

Yeah, very true Anand. Tom Hanks is one of my fav actors. I especially liked Cast Away and The Terminal. In fact, I had bought Da Vinci Code books a few months back and started reading it. But when I heard that a movie is being made with Tom Hanks in the lead role, I didn’t complete the book… want 2 watch it with all the xcitement ;-)
